An electrostatic precipitator (ESP) is a filterless device that removes fine particles, like dust and smoke, from a flowing gas using the force of an induced electrostatic charge, minimally impeding the flow of gases through the unit.
EPS’s are a highly effective group of filtration devices, which use an electrostatic charge to remove small particles from flowing gas. Also known as electrostatic air cleaners, ESP’s ionise the particles in a gas or air stream, as they travel over ionising electrodes. ESP’s have a very high durability, being used for the collection of both dry and wet impurities and handing large gas volumes and heavy dust loads at low pressures. An ESP has low operating costs considering the collection efficiency of the device which is incredibly high, even for very small particles.
Ozone (O3) and ultraviolet (UV) can kill harmful bacteria, but prior to our invention could only collect more obvious particles. Upon many experiments, it was found that O3 was able to the kill less-obvious bacterias found within small fibres using electric fields to create a successful reach. We can remove the harmful pollutants that fill your car when sitting stationary in traffic and provide the highest safety standard of indoor air quality levels along with many other use cases such as in the pharmaceutical industry, fire services, classrooms, air conditioning and industrial.
Our main goal is to one day live in a world without pollution, improving air quality in the areas it poorly affects most.
Something that might surprise you is that in many urban areas, the air quality indoors is worse than the air outside. This is affecting places such as hospitals, schools and offices, arguably the most important areas for there to be breathable, non-harmful air.
The challenge has always been reaching 99% and above efficiency for our ESPs, and up until very recent years it had almost seemed impossible. But, nonetheless, we have managed to design and manufacture the equipment needed to improve our air, reduce emissions, clean PPE, remove CO2, NO2, pollen, viruses, bacteria and endless more, with more than 99.9% efficiency. Our ESPs can be installed standalone, or retrofitted into existing installations making them invaluable innovations, filtering out particles down to 2.5 microns small.
